-June 21st it’s the longest day of the year. The sun is out the longest.
-The Monday closest to June 24th, we celebrate John Cabot’s landing in Newfoundland-Labrador, and nod at the Vikings in l’Anse-aux-Meadows.
-June 24 is St-Jean-Baptiste Day, and the biggest celebration is in Canada, in the province of Quebec.

INTERMEDIATE TRACKS: LE TITANIC ET LA BROUETTE!

This video in intermediate French is the story of Titanic like you’ve never seen it. What does Titanic, sitting at 4000 meters below the sea, and a wheelbarrow sitting at 12 feet have in common? And what’s a frog got to do with it?
Titanic is not just a great disaster. It’s such a captivating story the James Cameron movie became the biggest grossing film of its time. It’s a fun video for science and problem-solving.
